The Conductor Hi remake in green, black, yellow, and white is one of my favorite versions of this shoe. I definitely made sure to grab a pair at the Adidas Originals Berkeley store in California. These shoes were made for basketball but they work great for freestyle dancing; tons of ankle support, the shoe-box allows easy toe stands and tips, and the high top is made to allow the tongue to ride on the outside adding to the retro style of the shoe."I’m sure back in 79 when Adidas launched the Conductor Hi they had no idea that retros would be all the rage... Also of interest is the textured patent material used for the heel of the shoe."
